|Items purchased from us that are not special orders may be returned unused for a full refund less shipping costs.All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
We will not accept, as a return, any watch with any indication that it has been worn. This means that there may be no marks on the watch nor any wear on any tags such as the hologram or shipping tag on the back of the watch case. In such cases, the watch will be returned to the purchaser.
Items that are special ordered or merchandise that we do not normally stock, may not be returned.
You may, of course, return any item that arrives broken or has any kind of manufacturer’s defect and we will exchange or repair it free of charge.
We honor the manufacturer’s warranty on every watch that we sell. These watches will be accompanied by a warranty card from Alan Furman & Co. which displays our written guarantee. Merchandise and watches may be returned to us for warranty repair or replacement.Alan Furman & Co. reserves the right to repair or replace the watch at our discretion during the warranty period.Damage caused by neglect or misuse, water damage, or damage to the crystal or bracelet is not covered by any manufacturer, nor is it covered by Alan Furman & Co.
